Just a short update right now.
It's almost 3pm,and for breakfast I've had a cup of coffee and a banana.Did some conditioning and stretching,and now I'm having a cup of hot tea.Loving it. <3
I thought the tea would curb my hunger but I'm still hungry,if not even more so.I don't know why though.Maybe food's the only solution.
I might have some fruit soon,just remembered my Dad saying there's papaya in the fridge. :)
Hope everyone is well.I've got Ballet today so I'm quite excited.And for the first time in 3 days,I'm feeling more energetic. :)
